The Member Services Department is created to serve and help the owners of the community, the co-workers they interact with, and every member that comes before them.

The goal of the Member Services Department is to develop a relationship with all members as if they were family. To give service above what is required, to become neighbors with our neighbors, and to unify as one.

The desire of the Member Services department is to exhibit integrity in all actions, to earn the respect of the members by looking for solutions and resolutions, and to give service that is truly for the benefit of others and the betterment of the community.
