Special Events Call-in Form

The Member Services Department is now able to take party list forms via email in order to provide additional services to our members. Since the department is not open 24 hours a day, we require a 48 hour notice to any requests submitted through this process. This will allow ample time for the request to be processed on the next business days if your email is submitted after normal business hours. The member will need to complete the electronic request; then the request will be forwarded to the Member Services staff for processing. Members are still required to provide their name, tract and lot, and pass code for security and authentication in order to process their request.

If you agree to this disclaimer, you have read and acknowledged the above and that the POA is not liable for your personal information being given to a non-authorized person. All the current Rules and Regulations will still apply and this form of guest call-ins will be treated in the same manner as the regular call-in procedure and policy.

You are allowed to submit between 10 and 50 guests using this form. Individaul guest call-ins can be processed using our Online Guest Call-in Form.

Entry date must be on or before 5/29/2012
